Massage and Bodywork

I attended the Massage Therapy Institute and graduated in 1993. Over the years, I learned and practiced Reflexology, Reiki, Craniosacral, Access Bars, and various spa modalities. My work experience includes careers in spas (Veda Aveda Spa and Spavia) and clinics (Massage Envy and Elements Massage).

My goal is to provide a nurturing and therapeutic experience. I enjoy integrating basic Swedish techniques with Deep Tissue, some Reflexology, and energy work. Clients have described my massage work as intuitive and integrative. 

Conscious Breathwork

In 2024, I attended a Conscious Breathwork Facilitator Training because I find this modality very powerful and beautiful. This type of breathwork can induce an altered state of consciousness. It can release blockages, both physical and emotional. It can resolve and release current problems, unresolved child wounds, birth memories, past life remembrances, any trauma that has been stored in the body, and so much more. Your breath always gives what is needed.
